One-Day Workshop on Concrete Technology for Construction Engineers
Skillgroomers Pvt Ltd has organized a one day training program for Concrete Quality Management Professionals on 29th January 2022.
Faculty Shashank Vaidya, who is a seasoned concrete professional and a senior construction industry expert will be training a select batch of 30 participants through this workshop.

Gold Medalist in M.Tech. (Structures) from IIT Madras, Conferred with Lifetime Achievement Award 2019 by the Indian Concrete Institute
Shashank is the director of GEM Engserv Pvt and carries more than 3 decades of experience with leading organizations such as Indian Railways, Konkan Railway, HCC, and HIRCO.
Having successfully trained over 2000+ engineers on concrete technology through his various training programs, He has exposure to all aspects of concrete construction ranging from mix design, field supervision, developing specifications, and quality management.
He has conducted numerous audits of ongoing construction projects involving concrete works and has helped improve the performance at concrete works. He has been engaged as an expert to diagnose problems associated with concrete structures, both under construction and old.
He has also conceived a device for monitoring the quality of curing for which he has applied for a patent. He has led the development of a digital App for Quality control of construction works at Gem Engserv.
