In this COVID scenario, we have launched a robust Labour Movement Tracking System – GEM TRAQ which is a completely contactless system enabling labourers to be identified with their individual unique QR code. This system will help you to track productivity and keep efficient access control to labourers entry-exit on site. GEM TRAQ is not only for COVID scenario but also will be useful after COVID for Labour Movement Tracking on sites.
GEM TRAQ is a cost-effective and feature-loaded robust labour movement tracking system. The ability to integrate and customise this app are endless. This app generates a unique QR Code which acts as an identity card for an individual with respect to the assigned projects; Some key benefits are as below:
Control and restrict the site visitors by proper entry / exit mechanism on site.
100% contactless system ensuring to limit the spread of viruses on project sites.
Current / Historical Labour availability status on site available at any given point in time on the server.
Real-time productivity analysis using labour entry/exit data on sites for daily productivity reports.
Temperature scanned at the entry / exit can be recorded for an individual entity and included in reports.
Pasting allotted QR Code stickers on PPEs (Helmets, Jackets, Shoes, etc ) to avoid COVID spread.
Stagger labour work timings to avoid crowded entry / exit on sites for better productivity.
Capture Labour compliance details like PF, ESIC, BOCW etc. for HR-related activities.
