From humans fighting against a common enemy, the Covid19 virus, the headline has quickly changed about humans fighting each other.

While the Covid19 pandemic was a global phenomenon, the war is currently restricted to one region. However, its impact is being felt all across the globe through rising and fluctuating oil prices and disruption to the global supply chain.
Coupled with the disruption caused by the pandemic, this event has further aggravated the situation with regard to the cost of raw materials. It has been estimated that the overall cost of construction has gone up by more than 10% in the last couple of months.

Currently, the developers are at the receiving end of this stick, but it may soon start to trickle down to the end consumers and almost everyone in the supply change will feel the heat.
