The last two years we were Covidified! Our industry faced the brunt but now there is an upward optimistic development trend in infrastructure as well as real estate sector.

In our last newsletter we discussed about our learnings. Now a thought about the industry and its sustenance in the new world of new trends. It’s time now to make the best use of the learnings of the tough times and practice them in the good times. It could be a repetition but it is imperative that we make the industry world class.

We as construction professionals have to make the efforts to sustain the upward trend. We should maintain dignity of the profession, adopt latest technologies, practices and trends. This will ensure good practices with professionalism as construction processes and high standards are the backbone of a good developing country.

It would be an unjustified approach to the profession if a certain discipline is not maintained.

We are sure only ‘Gyan’ will not help, so let’s collectively unify to maintain our self-esteem and not let anyone hamper the good progress.
